This rotary joint is a two-way rotary joint, primarily used in crane reels. Currently, this rotary union is secured by bolts, unlike existing designs that use retaining blocks. This rotary joint has internal bearings.

Dynamic Sealing: A dynamic seal is formed between the rotor and the housing through multiple sealing rings, maintaining oil circuit integrity even during rotation. The sealing rings must withstand high pressure (typically 20-35 MPa), be wear-resistant, and accommodate frequent rotation.
Pressure Balancing: Some designs utilize balancing grooves or pressure relief channels to reduce the pressure difference across the seals, extending seal life.

Bearing Function: Bearings (such as needle bearings or plain bearings) support the rotor for smooth rotation, reduce frictional resistance, and simultaneously bear the axial and radial loads during the rotation of the upper structure.
