1.A simultaneous maximum RPM and maximum pressure NOT recommended.

2.Recommended preferable back pressure 5 MPa.Case drain line is recommended.Make sure the motor is always filled with oil.

3.The case drain line of the motor should be directly connected to the tank, NOT to the tank with other valve lines, and do not set a back pressure valve on the casedrain pipe to the oil tank.

4.Maximum operating temperature recommended 80℃.

5.Recommended fluids 46 anti-wear type of hydraulic oilyiscosity recommended 37-73CST, Recommended filtration ISO,18/13.

6.Anti-wear hydraulic oil should be based on the environment, such as the temperature has a great impact on the hydraulic oil, and the selection of suitable hydraulic oil can ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

7.When the motor is installed, it should be positioned with its pilot, and ensure that the output shaft and the coupling sleeve are coaxial, and the joint connected to the motor port should be sealed with copper gaskets or combined gaskets.

8.Before rotating ,all the components of hydraulic system should be checked carefully ,and the oil should be filled to the designated height through the filter.Rotating for 10 to 15 minutes under no loading,after air exhausted ,if it is foamy in the tank or noisy in the system.Recommended the motor runs at 30% of rated pressure for at least one hour before application of full load ,be sure the motor is filled with fluid prior to any load applications.
