The bidirectional hydraulic lock is used in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic truck crane and the hydraulic high-altitude truck. When the leg is put down, the hydraulic lock can prevent the leg from shrinking due to oil leakage; In the case of tubing rupture and other accidents, it can prevent the support leg from losing its function and causing accidents; When the hydraulic truck crane or aerial work vehicle is running or stopping, it can prevent the leg from falling under the influence of its own weight.
When the hydraulic oil inlet a1, open the check valve into the actuator (cylinder) port a2 at the same time, through the control valve spool top open the b chamber check valve, b2 port hydraulic oil flow back to the tank through the b1 port. On the contrary, b1 feeds oil, and a1 port returns oil. When the a1 or b1 port does not enter hydraulic oil, the a cavity and b cavity check valve are reset under the action of spring force, and the two cavities of the cylinder are locked.
