1. All work carried out in places of 2 meters above the ground (most domestic standards: 1.8 meters) and above should be regarded as working at height. Any work that can be pre-prepared on the ground must be done on the ground to minimize work at height.
2. Personnel working at height must be in good health, suffering from mental illness, epilepsy and those who are identified by physicians as having high blood pressure, heart disease and other diseases that are not suitable for working at height, are not allowed to participate in working at height. When it is found that the staff members are drinking alcohol or are not in good spirits, it is forbidden to climb the height.
3. Operators of aerial work platforms must accept the operation instructions of relevant equipment or be familiar with the equipment operation specifications and safety precautions for the use of aerial work platform equipment in the "Aerial Work Platform Operation Manual" before they can carry out climbing operations.
4. Work on dam tops, steep slopes, roofs, cliffs, towers, suspension bridges and other dangerous edges, safety nets or protective railings should be installed on the side of the air, otherwise staff must use safety belts.
5. Ice, snow, gravel and dirt on cliffs, steep slopes or sidewalks must be cleaned frequently, and a 1-meter-high railing must be set on the outside side. Set up 18 cm high side panels or earthen mounds on the inside of the railing to prevent injuries from falling objects.
6. If there is no scaffolding or work on scaffolding without railings, the height is more than 1.5 meters, you must use safety belts, or take other reliable safety measures.
7. The seat belt should be inspected before use, and the static load test should be carried out regularly (every 6 months), the test load is 225 kg, the test time is 5 minutes, and the test is checked for deformation, rupture, etc. after the test, and make a test record. Unqualified seat belts should be disposed of promptly.
8. The hook or rope of the safety belt should be hung on a strong and firm component or a wire rope specially used for hanging the safety belt. It is forbidden to hang on moving or unstable objects.
9. Tool bags should always be used for work at height. Larger tools should be tied to firm components and should not be placed randomly to prevent accidents from falling from height.
10. When working at height, except for the relevant personnel, no one else is allowed to walk or stay under the workplace, and fences or other protective devices should be installed under the workplace to prevent falling objects from injuring people. If working on a grid-type platform, in order to prevent tools and equipment from falling, wooden boards should be laid.
11. It is not allowed to throw tools and materials up and down, and they should be tied firmly with ropes and hung down or upwards to avoid injuring the staff below or destroying the scaffolding.
12. When the upper and lower floors work at the same time, a tight and firm protective partition, canopy or other isolation facilities must be erected in the middle, and the staff must wear safety helmets.
13. In winter, work in the open air at a height below minus ten degrees, if necessary, there should be a heating rest place near the construction area, and the heating equipment should be managed by special personnel, pay attention to fire prevention.
14. In strong winds of grade 6 and above, as well as bad weather such as heavy rain, thunder and fog, open air operations should be stopped.
15. It is forbidden to work on unsolid structures (such as asbestos tile roofs). In order to prevent false boarding, warning signs should be placed at necessary places for such structures.
